Hygeia owns the exclusive rights to a series of estrogenic and anti-androgenic
compounds with a wide range of functional activity and susceptibility to
hydrolytic deactivation.
HYG-102 is the lead estrogenic candidate for the topical treatment of Age-related Skin Fragility and Vaginal Atrophy.
HYG-440 is the lead anti-androgenic candidate for the topical treatment of
Acne, Hirsutism and Androgenic Alopecia (hair loss due to excess androgens in
the scalp).
HYG-102440, the combination of HYG-102 and HYG-440, is also being
developed for the topical treatment of hair loss due to excess androgen
activity in the scalp
